3C Financial Group Inc., doing business as 3C Mortgage Group ("3C"), is a California mortgage broker, not a lender. We may send text messages to users who separately and voluntarily opt in. Depending on the consent selected, messages may include mortgage inquiry follow-up, appointment reminders, application or transaction status, document reminders, mortgage-product information, home-financing opportunities, and 3C Mortgage Group service announcements.
SMS program terms
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the telephone number that sent the message. We will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, transaction activity, appointments, and communication preferences. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
